Extraction technique by means of direct extraction from the sample liquid phase or headspace onto a sorptive layer coated onto the inside and outside of a hollow tube. The tube can then be desorbed thermally or with a solvent and analysed by GC or HPLC. Remote sampling is possible, the tube is then returned to the laboratory for analysis.
