At the end of every training course, we invite delegates to provide feedback on their experience; what worked well, what they valued most, and where we can continue to improve our delivery. Every submission is then carefully reviewed, and used to refine our courses for future sessions.

For our annual review, we analyse both comments and scored metrics, as well as assessing the range of courses delivered, their formats and locations, and how delegates discovered Anthias Consulting.

Our Delegates Feedback
Here are just a few of the comments shared by delegates in 2025:
“I really enjoyed learning about all of the different components of the GCs. The detail and depth that was covered means that I now have a deeper understanding of GCs and the maintenance of them. I had some prior knowledge on maintenance, and now I know a lot more about it, and also understand why it is important to keep on top of it.” January 2025, Comprehensive GC Hardware Training (Shimadzu).
“Structure easy to follow. Nice overview of all aspects, particularly like the section of choosing which method and practicing” February 2025, Absolute Basics of Chemometrics.
“As a brand person to this topic the course was great and gave me a good insight to the ICP-MS both in relation to the equipment we have and the subject as a whole.” April 2025, Applied ICP-MS.
“The change to talk over/back up my knowledge already with an expert.” June 2026. Hands-on GC & GC-MS
“I did the course online using the Virtual Classroom software and found this very useful as there were many different windows open at the same time. It was very useful to see the presentation slides as the host was presenting. I learned a lot about the differences between Polar and Non-polar compounds and how best to detect different analytes.” September 2025, Absolute Basics of HPLC & LC-MS.
“I really appreciated the detailed explanation of the mass spectra, as well as the follow-up exercises designed to deepen our understanding. They were very helpful. Dr. Diane Turner answered our questions thoroughly, including those related to our practical work in the laboratory and other topics concerning GC-MS.” October 2025, Applied Interpretation of GC-MS Spectra.
“I found the trainer to be knowledgeable and the course content in-depth. I have understood the different uses of both equipment’s and different types of testing which can be completed using them. I can use what was taught in the course and compare it to the system we use onsite and how the equipment is relevant to the times of testing we do.” October 2025, Absolute Basics of GC & GC-MS
“I like the fact that it’s a small group and we could easily interact, ask questions etc. Giles also made it very friendly and casual. In terms of topics covered, I think the course is relly complete and goes over the most important aspets. I feel the couse really helped me connect ideas and clarify concepts. PlusProvidion staff are really nice, particular Karen. They make you feel very welcome.” November 2025, Complete LC & LC-MS.
“I found the course a really useful overview to cement my ICP-OES knowledge, it covered a range of topics well and had many opportunities for interaction to keep everybody engaged. I enjoyed the frequent exercises between each section to ensure that the information had been understood correctly. Diane was great at asking each attendee for specific about their work/instrumentation in order to explain how what she was describing could be used.” November 2025, Applied ICP-OES.
“Thought the course was very useful and informative – broad enough that it could apply to various methods but narrow and with enough participation that i am able to apply to my own methods.” December 2025, Applied Method Validation.
