Anthias Consulting working with local University to educate in Sub Saharan Africa

Anthias Consulting continues to support and grow its international reputation for training within the Gas Chromatography arena. We are therefore pleased to announce that Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Nairobi will be hosting our 5-day Complete GC & GC-MS course from the 19th - 23rd January 2015.

This follows on from the highly successful course in Abu Dhabi in June 2014 which was well attended and received encouraging and positive feedback from its delegates.

Anthias Director and Senior Consultant Diane Turner said - "Anthias wants to make its training as accessible as possible; we take on board feedback from delegates and understand the challenge they face to secure funding and authorisation for courses based purely in the U.K."

With this in mind Diane and Anthias Consultant Trainer Imran Janmohamed, worked with mutual contacts and specifically Professor of Chemistry Anthony Gachanja,  of JKUAT to bring this event to fruition. Anthony has previously worked with the Royal Society of Chemistry and its Pan Africa Chemistry Network [ PACN ] and understands the needs of the region and its ambition to provide accessible quality education.

Diane said "We are delighted to have this opportunity to work with all the parties involved not only in Nairobi but across Sub Saharan Africa, we hope this will be the first of many collaborations across the region".
