We had entries from all over the world including; Algeria, Denmark, Ethiopia, India, Japan, Kenya, Nepal, Nigeria, South Africa, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, UK, United States and Vietnam.

Some of the departments and industries included agriculture, food, forensics, engineering and civil engineering, petrochemical and pharmaceutical; showing the broad appeal of the book and reflecting the wide-range of applications of GC-MS.

The book provides practical guidance for analysts at all experience levels; from the first steps of how to apply the technique of GC-MS from collecting and preparing samples to designing and validating methods, analysing results and troubleshooting.
