Keeping our Food Safe to Eat

Diane Turner, Senior Consultant with Anthias Consulting is one of the key note speakers at the highly anticipated Separation Science Advances in Food Safety Analysis eSeminar. With Mass spectrometry revolutionising the identification of food contaminants this free e-seminar is full of ingredients to wet the appetite.

Food safety continues to be a highly emotive area and this seminar will address many aspects that professionals within the sector need to understand. Diane will be drawing on her years of experience with her presentation "GC(-MS) Considerations when Analysing Food Samples", on the 23rd September, to help attendees identify key aspects to consider when setting-up and developing a method for the analysis of food samples.
