Cranfield Launches Pattern Recognition Service

Cranfield University’s Bioinformatics Group has launched a new service based on its proven expertise in developing pattern recognition systems for analytical science applications. The service is specifically designed for clients who want to apply a fingerprinting approach to their analytical data, to differentiate samples of different type based on acquired analytical profiles. Typical applications include medical diagnostics, quality control, data validation and product authenticity.

Diane Turner, Director of Anthias Consulting Ltd, will be involved in a recently launched Agilent Centre of Excellence in Comprehensive Chromatography that has opened at The Open University in Milton Keynes. Diane, together with Bryan White, will be running the demo lab and providing hands-on experience with the instrument for applications work and instrument demonstrations on behalf of Agilent.
